CIPI s.r.o. manufactures, supplies and assembles a wide spectrum of screwed or welded steel structures for civil engineering, industry as well as traffic infrastructures and individuals. During the assembly, we strive to emphasize simplicity, functionality and mainly fulfilment of customers’ expectations and needs. Preparation of production is supported by technical documentation, structural analyzes, implementation or production documentation. Motorway portals function is defined as a supporting steel frame structure the primary function of which is to support signs and signboards on roads and railways. These portal structures are supplied in various designs as necessary for signs and signboards, or devices. Care must be taken to ensure that all requirements are met from maintenance to access to service or installation or removal of signboards. Depending on shape, there are portals L, T, U. L- and T-type portals are usually installed onto the edge of a motorway or onto the division lines of motorway line, U portal is a frame running through all four lines of the motorway and it is usually provided with a walkway on the top, which means that in the horizontal part, walkways are made of grating for maintenance. Access ladders are typically provided on vertical parts of the portal.
According to the project documentation or aggressiveness of the environment where the structure is to be built in, we perform various types of surface treatment with resistance up to the category C5-I according to ISO 12944ff. Thanks to our own sand blasting line and paintshop, we can flexibly respond to customers’ needs.
